Reading

I read because I have to, but also because I enjoy it. I am forced to read in school and I try to get sucked into the stories I read in school, so I don’t hate English class. Most of the stories I don’t read by choice aren’t always great, but I try to like them. That why I like IR reading, I can get involved in the stories´ characters and worlds. Some things thing that hold me back from reading are not knowing a good book I would want to read or general lack of interest. But I don’t detest reading or hate it overall, that’s not why I don’t read. Reading in school is easy most of the time, in math it’s just word problems, in science it’s easy to read packets that explain the topics, and in English its just novice books I have no issue comprehending. Outside of school, I like to challenge myself when I read, I like to read pretty old literature. ( But not ancient.) I enjoy reading outside of school , but I only do it when I have an IR assignment so I can make better use of the books I read.
